LG отрицает участие в ценовом сговоре


СЕУЛ, 6 декабря, 2012 - Компания LG Electronics подтверждает наложение на нее административного штрафа в размере € 491 567 000. LG Electronics намерена обжаловать решение Европейской комиссии по контролю за нарушением европейского законодательства о конкуренции.

LG Electronics заявляет о своей непричастности к деятельности LG Philips Displays – совместного предприятия LG Electronics и Royal Philips Electronics.

Еще в ходе расследования Европейской Комиссии LG Electronics постоянно утверждала, что она не должна быть привлечена к ответственности. В частности, компания LG Electronics считает, что она не может быть привлечена к ответственности за любое поведение LG Philips Displays, которая всегда действовала самостоятельно. В 2006 году LG Philips Displays обанкротилась.

LG Electronics отмечает, что соответствующие комиссии по расследованию этого дела в США и Чехии пришли к выводу о непричастности LG Electronics к ценовому сговору и недоумевает по поводу противоположного решения Европейской комиссии.
