По сообщению информационного агентства Yonhap, в поданном сегодня в судебные органы Кореи иске Samsung утверждает, что семь патентов, принадлежащих LG Display являются недействительными, поскольку в них "отсутствует новизна".<br /><br />По-видимому, данный иск Samsung стал ответом на поданный в сентябре иск от LG Display против Samsung о предполагаемом нарушении  патентных прав LG. В том иске утверждалось, что пять продуктов Samsung, в том числе серия смартфонов Galaxy S и планшетных компьютеров Galaxy Tab производятся в нарушение патентных прав LG. Поэтому LG требовала запрета их продаж и возмещения ущерба.<br /><br />А еще ранее компания Samsung обвиняла LG в хищении OLED секретов через сорудников Samsung, которые, работая прежде в Samsung, имели отношение к информации об OLED технологии.
