В соответствии с соглашением Epson предоставит Merck технологию, которая позволит растворять OLED материалы компании Merck. Что приблизит Merck  к созданию собственной технологии производства OLED дисплеев методом струйной печати.<br /><br />Компании будут сотрудничать в процессе коммерциализации технологии Merck для производства OLED дисплеев и телевизоров. Seiko Epson сотрудничает также с компанией Universal Display, которая уже продает OLED материалы компаниям Samsung, CMEL, LG, Pioneer, Panasonic.<br />
