Некоторые обозреватели считают, что косвенным последствием судебного решения будет задержка с развитием нового поколения смартфонов и планшетов Samsung, т. к. компания вынуждена будет вносить коррективы в уже сделанные разработки.<br /><br />Есть и другая более оптимистичная точка зрения. Ее сторонники утверждают, что лишившись возможности копировать, Samsung сможет сделать некоторые вещи лучше, чем Apple. <br />
