Новая S серия картXQD ориентирована на пользователей, которые снимают видео в несжатом (raw) формате с высоким разрешением. <br /><br />По данным пресс-релиза Sony, чтобы достичь высокой скорости передачи данных, указанных в официальных спецификациях нужен интерфейс Thunderbolt.<br /><br />Для непосвященных, XQD карты относительно новый формат, который был недавно объявлен ассоциацией Compact Flash Association. <br /><br />S серия карт Sony XQD доступна в вариантах 32 и 64 гигабайта, появится на японском рынке в июле и будет стоить $ 503 и $ 754, соответственно.<br />
