Китамото внедряет экспериментальный сервис с целью упростить социальным органам адресную помощь  пожилым людям.<br /><br />Информация о включенном телевизоре будет через интернет  передаваться в отдел социальной помощи, откуда смогут автоматически отправлять  клиентам сообщения и объявления общего характера, а также принимать сообщения от пожилых людей об их самочувствии и физическом состоянии по трехбалльной шкале: "хорошо", "нормально" и "не очень хорошо", что позволит оперативно контролировать состояние пациентов . <br /><br />Испытания этого сервиса будут проведены до 30 сентября с 20 японскими пенсионерами. <br />
