Расстояние между соседними пикселями составляет 0,039 мм. Обеспечиваемое разрешение примерно в два раза выше, чем у используемых сегодня в смартфонах самых лучших дисплеев. У представленного недавно LG 5 дюймового Full HD дисплея плотность пикселей 440 ppi.<br /><br /><div align="center"><!--TBegin--><a href="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2012-06/1338872937_japan2.jpg" onclick="return hs.expand(this)" ><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2012-06/thumbs/1338872937_japan2.jpg" alt='Japan Display разрабатывает самый четкий ЖК дисплей ' title='Japan Display разрабатывает самый четкий ЖК дисплей ' /></a><p class="thumb_enlarge"><img src="/engine/skins/images/enlarge.png" width="16" height="16" border="0">Кликните на картинку для ее увеличения</p><!--TEnd--></div><br /><br />Добиться такого успеха разработчикам компании удалось за счет технологии на базе низкотемпературного поликристаллического кремния, конкурирующей сегодня с технологией IGZO, которую развивает компания Sharp.
