Слияние планируется завершить к 1 июля. <br /><br />Samsung Electronics будет контролировать новое дисплейное подразделение, а также некоторые другие в рамках группы компаний Samsung. Например,  Samsung SDI, которое занимается производством плазменных дисплеев и химических источников тока.<br />
