<div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2012-04/1334245886_rtrs.png|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2012-04/1334245886_rtrs.png" alt="Телекомпании против кодирования DVB-T2 в России" title="Телекомпании против кодирования DVB-T2 в России"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />По сообщению Ведомостей ведущие менеджеры крупных телекомпаний в письмах, направленных в Минэкономразвития,  выразили свою озабоченность планами РТРС закодировать свободно распространяемые телеканалы. <br /><br />Против системы условного доступа (СУД) уже выступили производители приставок, а президент Ассоциации кабельного телевидения России Юрий Припачкин даже обвинил РТРС в попытке сделать общедоступное бесплатное телевидение платным.<br /><br />Согласно указу президента восемь федеральных каналов являются не только обязательными для распространения, но и общедоступными, указывает представитель «Первого канала», а при шифровании каналы становятся «условно доступными» — для их просмотра необходимо дополнительное платное устройство. «У нас были и остаются сомнения в целесообразности внедрения СУД», — говорит представитель НТВ. Против кодировки также ВГТРК и «Пятый канал», следует из их писем в Минэкономразвития. Получается,«каждый зритель, если он хочет просто смотреть телевизор, обязан приобрести устройство со значительным числом функций, которые ему в жизни никогда не пригодятся», возмущается в письме гендиректор «Первого канала» Константин Эрнст. Каналы в цифре должны распространяться свободно, а у зрителя должен быть выбор между несколькими видами приставок, уверен он, иначе возникает «риск ускоренного перехода зрителей в другие среды телесмотрения» (спутниковое вещание, кабельные сети, интернет).<br /><br />Сегодня применение системы условного доступа (СУД) Роскрипт прописано во временных требованиях Минкомсвязи к телеприставкам стандарта DVB-T2, которые потребуются для просмотра цифрового ТВ. Идеолог и основной исполнитель федеральной целевой программы по цифровизации ТВ — РТРС объясняла, что СУД даст зрителям дополнительные возможности, например доступ с телевизора к госпорталу «Электронное правительство».<br /><br />Из предлагаемых сегодня на рынке приставок всего лишь одна поддерживает СУД, которая производится российской компанией Дженерал Сателайт - General Satellite TE-8714. Она успешно преобразует Full HD сигнал в урезанное разрешение 720i и стоит при этом 4000 р.<br />
