Провайдер предлагал Samsung и другим производителям дополнительно оплачивать трафик. Samsung не принял это требование всерьез.<br /><br />В ситуацию вынуждено вмешаться правительство, которое назвало действия провайдера неподобающими. Ситуация тем более странная, что страна обладает одной самых скоростных сетей в мире. Однако верно и то, что видеопоток требует достаточно емких каналов. По некоторым данным, в США передаваемый с видеосерверов Netflix трафик составляет &#188; общенационального. <br />
