Этот находящийся на территории Южной Кореи завод производит ЖК панели 7 и 8 поколения, был построен в 2004 году. 50%+1 акция уставного капитала в нем принадлежит Samsung и 50%-1 акция за Sony. <br /><br />По условиям нового соглашения Sony полностью уступает свою долю Samsung, за что получит соответствующую компенсацию. Одновременно Samsung гарантирует Sony поставки ЖК панелей с теперь уже полностью своего завода. Окончательная сумма платежа будет определяться на основе финансовой отчетности S-LCD по состоянию на конец декабря 2011 года.<br /><br />Ожидается, что реорганизация предприятия положительно скажется на гибкости, скорости и эффективности производства, поможет оперативно реагировать на быстро изменяющиеся запросы современного рынка.
