По результатам работы созданной для изучения ситуации комиссии было заявлено о том, что  существующей правовой базы достаточно для соблюдения законодательства.<br /><br />В докладе признается, что сейчас до одной трети молодых швейцарцев бесплатно скачивают из сети лицензионные фильмы и музыку. Отмечается, что при этом многие даже не подозревают, что подобные действия юридически недопустимы. <br /><br />Вместе с тем отмечается, что общий объем продаж лицензионных копий не снижается. А пользователи сэкономленные деньги все равно используют в других сферах развлекательной индустрии, как-то посещение концертов, фильмов и выставок.<br /><br />Правообладателям предложено адаптироваться к изменяющейся реальности, менять методы  ведения бизнеса, так как складывающаяся ситуация следствие прогресса и перемен в мире.
