Стоит напомнить, что достоинствами технологии являются значительно уменьшенное энергопотребление, способность отображать расширенную цветовую гамму (на 32% больше физического предела ЖК матрицы Super IPS), значительно меньшее время отклика (приблизительно 0,01 мс, против минимального 2 мс у TN матрицы), полные углы обзора по вертикали и горизонтали – 180 градусов при абсолютном сохранении яркости, цветности и контрастности изображения (как у ЭЛТ мониторов), а также меньшая толщина дисплея (до 1 мм).<br /><br />Новые дисплеи будут применяться до конца этого года в двух смартфонах (I9220 и  I9250) и одном планшете (с диагональю 7”).
