Visionox совместно с китайским университетом Tsinghua уже не один год занимаются развитием OLED производства. Первый завод по выпуску небольших OLED панелей начал работать в прошлом году.<br /><br />Новое предприятие нацелено на производство панелей для дисплеев с размером экрана от 3 до 30 дюймов, которые начнут выпускаться с 2013 года и будут устанавливаться в смартфоны, планшетные компьютеры, мониторы и небольшие телевизоры.<br /><br />Visionox и университет Tsinghua к настоящему времени подали в общей сложности заявки на 288 патентов, в том числе 39 зарубежных. Кроме того, Цинхуа и Visionox являются важными участниками в разработке международных и национальных стандартов на OLED продукцию.<br />
