Руководство компании, выполняющей заказы Apple,  HP, Sony, Nintendo, Dell, Nokia, сочло необходимым установить в ближайшие три года на производственных линиях 1 млн. роботов в дополнение к имеющимся 10 0000.<br /><br />В настоящее время персонал компании составляет около 1,2 млн. человек. Компания уже критиковалась на международном уровне за тяжелые условия труда, так рабочая неделя составляет 60 часов. Согласно заявлению компании, c помощью повышения автоматизации труда, Foxconn сможет улучшить среду производства и создавать более сложную продукцию.
