Представив в начале года свою новую платформу Smart TV,  компания LG наконец открыла  и сетевой сервис загрузки приложений – App Store. Откуда теперь можно будет скачивать видео по запросу, игры, утилиты и многое другое. Сейчас начала работать только международная часть LG App Store, но в ближайшее время она будет дополнена и национальными сервисами. <br /><br />Новая программная прошивка совместима со всеми Smart телевизорами LG 2011 года. После смены прошивки App Store уже на этой неделе доступен для владельцев ЖК телевизоров LG, владельцам плазменных телевизоров придется подождать неделю-другую.  <br /><br />Сейчас доступны интернет-TV, различные игры, онлайн-фитнес, а также YouTube, Facebook и видео по запросу Netflix (только в США).<br />
