Пиксели синего цвета изготовляются традиционным дорогим и трудоемким вакуумным методом. А для нанесения на подложку дисплея красных и зеленых OLED пикселей используется технология, аналогичная струйной печати в обычных атмосферных условиях.<br /><br />Опытный образец размером три дюйма имеет разрешение VGA (640x480), плотность пикселей 270 точек на дюйм.<br />
