Добиться высочайшего качества звука в этом саундбаре позволяет аудиотехнология Crescendo II от американской компании ESS Technology. <br />Реализованная в виде одного чипа система Crescendo II сегодня используется в бытовой аудиоаппаратуре хай-енд класса и в оборудовании профессионального уровня. Crescendo II построена на базе 32 битного процессора управления и 64 битного для аудио декодирования и обработки звука. В 128-ми выводной чип также интегрирована известная технология SABRE, для цифроаналогового конвертирования. <br /><br />Samsung HW-D550 ориентирован на использование с высококачественными 3D HDTV, имитирует звучание акустики в формате 2.1, имеет выходную мощность 310 ватт, для подключений имеется два интерфейса HDMI и беспроводной Wi-Fi для связи с имеющимся в комплекте сабвуфером.<br /><br />Начало продаж весной, стоимость возможно будет объявлена 23 февраля на представлении европейских моделей 2011 года.
