Новые накопители Plextor обладают скоростным интерфейсом SATA 3, который обеспечивает теоретическую скорость обмена данными до 6 гигабит/c (Гб/c). <br />Еще более ускорить доступ к часто используемым данным позволяет встроенный буфер на основе 128 MБ быстрой памяти типа DDR3. Будут производиться  три модификации емкостью 64, 128 и 256 ГБ. При этом максимальная скорость чтения/записи для самой емкой модели составит 480/330 МБ/с.<br /><br />Все накопители Plextor серии M2S получат 3-х летнюю гарантию. Дата начала продаж и ориентировочная стоимость будут объявлены в ближайшее время.
