Издание будет содержать два диска и экслюзивный контент. <br />Как уже сообщалось ранее, дата релиза картины, собравшей в прокате более $100 миллионов, была перенесена на 16 декабря.<br /><br />Сегодня известны все детали предстоящего релиза: двухдисковое издание будет содержать опцию U-Control и сервис BD-Live. <br /><br />Дополнительные материалы включают комментарии режиссера Роба Коэна, несколько сюжетов ("The Making of The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor," "From City to Desert," "Legacy of the Terra Cotta," "A Call to Action: The Casting Process," "Preparing for Battle with Brendan Fraser and Jet Li," "Jet Li: Crafting the Emperor Mummy," "Creating New and Supernatural Worlds"), удаленные сцены, расширенные сцены и копию фильма для цифровых устройств.<br /><br />Эксклюзивно на Blu-ray будет присутствовать опция U-Control и ролики, работающие на ее основе: "Scene Explorer," "Know Your Mummy," "The Dragon Emperor's Challenge". На диске также присутствует опция BD-Live с "My Scenes Sharing" и другим эксклюзивным контентом. <br />Технические характеристики двухслойного диска BD-50 таковы: разрешение 108»0p/AVC MPEG-4 video со звуком -HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround track (48kHz/16-bit), также Dolby Digital и субтитры на английском, испанском и французском. <br />В день релиза третьей части  о мумии, Universal планирует также выпустить две первых части – «Мумия» и «Мумия возвращается» в одном издании. Издание будет не коллекционным, поэтому никаких эксклюзивных материалов не представлено. «Гробница Императора драконов» также будет издана отдельным изданием.<br />Цена на 3-х дисковое Blu-ray  издание в Америке составит $89.98, на «Гробницу Императора драконов» - $39.98.<br />
