Финансовым «успехам» соответствует 9ая позиция в списке «Самых худших фильмов всех времен» в рейтинге  IMDB. “Бестолковая защита” выйдет на Blu-ray и DVD в начале июня. Это уже второе появление на Blu-ray фильмов с Ларри. В прошлом году Lionsgate выпустила фильм «Операция “Дельта Фарс”».<br /><br />  Дополнительные материалы на дисках включают три сюжета  («Making Witless: ‘The Cast on the Cast’», «Larry's Use of the Analogy», «The Musicians of Witless Protection»). На диске Blu-ray также  присутствуют эксклюзивные ролики «A Cast of Critters», «Die Laughing!», удаленные сцены и т.д.<br />  Технические характеристики Blu-ray диска следующие: разрешение  1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video, звук DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 7.1 Surround audio. <br />Рекомендованная цена на диск за рубежом составляет $39.98.<br />
