Итак, призыв, вынесенный в заголовок, автор подкрепляет тремя основными постулатами:<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><i>1. Большие диагонали экрана плазменных панелей полностью удовлетворяют запросам современных пользователей.<br />2. При выборе телевизора в магазине перед покупкой, плазменные дисплеи, при всех равных, в мелочах, но, всё же, превосходят ЖК-телевизоры.<br />3. Сравнительно высокие показатели яркости и контраста плазменных дисплеев производят сильное впечатление на потребителей.</i><br /><br /><b>Аналитика</b><br /><br />За последнее время, ситуация с плазменными дисплеями на рынке претерпела значительные изменения. И в лучшую сторону. Сегодня стал очевидным тот факт, что стоимость плазменного телевизора с диагональю 42-дюйма и выше меньше, чем стоимость такого же по размеру ЖК-ТВ. Статистические данные говорят о том, что в настоящее время, «плазмы» примерно на $300 дешевле аналогичных ЖК-телевизоров. И эта разница весьма существенна во времена экономического спада. В США реальная розничная цена телевизора на базе PDP с диагональю в 50 дюймов составляет примерно 910 долларов. И это устройства от таких известных производителей, как Panasonic и Samsung.<br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-08/1250852773_pl_1.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Хочешь быть экономным, покупай «плазму»?' title='Хочешь быть экономным, покупай «плазму»?' /></div><br />Во втором квартале 2009 года в сегменте рынка телевизоров с большой диагональю экрана, плазменные дисплеи вышли вперёд как по количеству проданных экземпляров, так и по долларовой выручке в США. Согласно полученным отчётам, во втором квартале этого года, продажи «плазм» увеличились на 40 процентов по сравнению с первым. Выручка же превысила один миллиард долларов США.<br /><br />Компания LG Electronics анонсировала в начале 2009 года выпуск плазменного телевизора с характеристикой отношения контраста 1000000000:1 на корейском рынке. Так что с точки зрения контрастности, современные плазменные телевизоры как минимум соответсвуют, а то и превосходят телевизоры, в основе которых лежит технология жидких кристаллов. Не утихают споры относительно качества изображения, демонстрируемого «плазмой» и ЖК в условиях низкой освещённости помещения и при дневном свете. Но при столь существенной разнице в цене, все гипотетические плюсы ЖК полностью нивелируются. То же в полной мере относится и к вопросу об отображении цветовой палитры PDP в сравнении с цветовым охватом ЖК-телевизоров со светодиодной подсветкой — ценовой фактор остаётся решающим.<br /><br />Не стоит забывать и о таком модном ныне параметре, как малая глубина корпуса современных дисплеев. В сравнении с ЖК-телевизорами последнего поколения, плазма «толще» их в среднем на 2,5-3,7 см. И снова мы возвращаемся к вопросу о том, стоит ли эта особенность весьма солидной переплаты, особенно во времена экономического кризиса?<br /><br />Ведь главное, что нужно потребителю, это яркий и надёжный дисплей. И это им вполне может предоставить PDP-телевизор, вкупе с трёхсотдолларовой скидкой.
