В названиях моделей зашифрована диагональ экрана, равная 26 дюймам. Обе новинки оснащены ЖК-панелями типа TN с физическим разрешением 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA), которое соответствует соотношению сторон 16:10 и делает их пригодными для полноценного просмотра видео формата Full HD. Благодаря использованию TN-матриц разработчики добились высоких показателей по ряду важных технических характеристик при стоимости, приемлемой для многих домашних пользователей.<br /><br />По данным производителя, ЖК-панели новых мониторов отображают до 16,7 млн цветов и способны обеспечить яркость 300 кд/м&#178;, коэффициент контрастности 1000:1, время отклика 2 мс при переходе от серого к серому (gray-to-gray). Для углов обзора по горизонтали и вертикали заявлено 170 и 150 градусов соответственно. Соотношение контрастности можно увеличить до 4000:1, воспользовавшись функцией Advanced Contrast Ratio (ACR). Функция OptiColour поможет оперативно настроить параметры изображения под текущую задачу. Настройка ЖК-мониторов производится через экранное меню, которое может отображаться на 9 языках. Однако некоторые из операций, такие как автоподстройка, выбор видеовхода, управление яркостью, контрастностью или функцией ACR, доступны напрямую через отдельные кнопки на передней панели.<br /><br />На первый взгляд, мониторы Iiyama ProLite E2607WS-1 и E2607WSV-1 повторяют друг друга, как по характеристикам, так и по внешнему виду. Однако есть одно важное отличие. Интерфейсный набор первой модели представлен аналоговым входом D-Sub и двумя цифровыми портами: DVI-D и HDMI. Что касается модели E2607WSV-1, она оснащена только разъёмом D-Sub. Следует также отметить, что обе новинки относятся к мультимедийным мониторам. Звуковое сопровождение возложено на плечи встроенных стереоусилителей и динамиков мощностью по 5 Вт. Список достоинств представленных дисплеев дополняет эффектный внешний вид благодаря исполнению в стильных корпусах чёрного цвета.<br /><br />Согласно информации от сайта Tcmagazine.com, новые ЖК-мониторы от Iiyama уже поступили в продажу в некоторые европейские магазины. Модель ProLite E2607WS-1, оснащённая входами D-Sub, DVI-D и HDMI, оценивается в 350 евро.
