Первая модель будет отвечать спецификациям Profile 2.0 и соответсвенно поддерживать функции BD Live. BDP-5003 отвечает стандарту Profile 1.1 и умеет воспроизводить функции BonusView.<br /><br />Обе модели могут конвертировать DVD в формат 1080p, имеют USB-порт на фронтальной панели, а также композитный, S-Video, омпонентный и HDMI 1.3 выходы. Проигрыватели декодируют все "официальные" аудио форматы Blu-ray. А 6003-я модель отличается еще и аналоговым 5.1-канальным аудиовыходом (в то время как младший плерр лишь двухканальным).  Оба устройства проигрывают форматы DivX, JPEG и MP3, имеют коаксиальный и Toslink цифровые аудиовыходы, а также оснащены DAC 192kHz/24-bit. Предусмотрен также порт Ethernet для обновления прошивки проигрывателей.<br /><br />Что касается ЖК-телевизоров, они будут выпущены под брендом Sherwood Newcastle с диагональю 32 и 42 дюйма. Первая модель имеет разрешение 1366х768, тогда как вторая отличится экраном Full HD. Телевизоры поступят в продажув декабре, цены пока не объявлены.
