Yamaha выпустила свой первый Blu-ray плеер BD-S2900, отвечающий стандарту Profile v1.1.

Устройство способно воспроизводить сигнал высокой четкости 1080p со скоростью 24 кадра в секунду, благодаря наличию видеовыхода HDMI, способности обработки 12-битного видео и апскейлингу DVD-формата.

Для моментального просмотра отснятых на цифровых камерах фотографий и видеороликов предусмотрен слот для карт памяти SD/SDHC.

Аудио возможности характеризуются 24-битным 192-килогерцовым ЦАП, поддерживающим форматы Dolby TrueHD и DTS-HD Master Audio, а также Dolby Digital Plus и DTS-HD High Resolution Audio.

Yamaha BD-S2900 будет представлена на выставке CEDIA, которая пройдет в сентябре. Стоимость проигрывателя составит около 1200 долларов.
