Компания JVC выпустила первую в мире Blu-ray систему домашнего кинотеатра, которая поддерживает DNLA благодаря беспроводному адаптеру. 2.1-канальная NX-BD3, выполненная в черном глянце, способна воспроизводить потоковое FullHD-видео с объемным звуком Dolby Digital, DTS или Dolby Pro-Logic II, благодаря созданию «фантомного» центрального и эмулированию пространственного звучания. Помимо Blu-ray дисков NX-BD3 читает более обыденные форматы: MPEG, DiVX, JPEG, MP3 и WMA с носителей DVD-Video, DVD±R/RW, CD и CD-R/RW.

Максимальная мощность колонок составляет 55 ватт на каждый из 4 динамиков, сабвуфер же, по заявлению производителя, обеспечивает до 200 ватт басовых частот. Передовая технология компании K2 является еще одним гарантом качественного аудио. Она использует определенные алгоритмы и высокую дискретизацию для сохранения ВЧ-сигналов и звукового давления, которые могут теряться в процессе преобразования с диска.

К функциям также относятся возможности xv Colour, Deep Colour и Profile 1.1, который, к сожалению, не будет иметь возможности обновления до версии 2.0.

NX-BD3 оснащена FM/AM-тюнером, цифровым оптическим выходом, аналоговым аудио, HDMI-CEC и HDMI 1.3a.

Комплект нового Blu-ray театра обойдется покупателям в 1500 долларов. NX-BD3 поступит в продажу в сентябре.
