LG выпустит гибридные ТВ

В настоящее время на рынке появляется все больше дисплеев, которые могут использоваться и в качестве монитора для ПК, и в качестве телевизионного экрана. Серию подобных гибридных цифровых дисплеев под названием M94D представила компания LG.

Этот дисплей можно подключить к компьютеру и играть в игры или использовать его для просмотра любимых фильмов или прослушивания музыки.

Новые дисплеи имеют соотношение сторон 16:10 (это стандарт для большинства широкоформатных компьютерных мониторов), поэтому при просмотре фильмов в формате 16:9 вверху и внизу экрана зритель будет видеть черные полосы. Серия М94D обеспечивает контраст 20,000:1, время отклика 5 мс, яркость 300 нит. Каждый экран оснащен встроенным ТВ-тюнером и портом HDMI для подключения других устройств, например, Blu-ray плеера или PS3.

К сожалению, ни цена, ни дата поступления в продажу пока не известны.
