Для уменьшения размеров чипов будет использоваться такая же технология, которая использовалась для создания процессора, установленного в один из самых тонких ноутбуков в мире Apple MacBook Air. <br /><br />Чип в MacBook Air уменьшен по сравнению с другими процессорами Core 2 Duo на 60%, но и работает медленнее остальных двухъядерных решений. <br /><br />Ранее сообщалось, что вслед за релизом Centrino 2 компания Intel собирается выпустить целых 7 процессоров SFF. <br />
