В компании отмечают возрастающий спрос на такие устройства после окончания войны форматов, сообщает Reuters. Пока компания выпускает только плееры формата Blu-ray. <br /><br />Разработка Blu-ray-рекордеров осуществляется совместно с компанией Sharp. <br /><br />Продажи устройств в Японии начнутся в конце года, до наступления новогодних праздников. Затем рекордеры появятся в других странах. Стоимость новинок пока неизвестна. <br /><br />По данным Fuji Chimera Research Institute, к 2012 г. спрос на Blu-ray-рекордеры в Японии увеличится в 18 раз до 3,6 млн. единиц. <br />
