Диагональ телевизоров составит 37 дюймов. <br /><br />Светодиодные панели будут изготавливаться на новой производственной линии, которая будет инсталлирована на заводе IPS Alpha – совместном предприятии Panasonic, Hitachi и Toshiba. <br /><br />В компании Panasonic сообщили, что работают над созданием OLED-панелей, но пока не имеют планов по их запуску в массовое производство. <br /><br />Благодаря OLED-панели толщина телевизора может быть равна всего нескольким миллиметрам. По сравнению с ЖК- или плазменными телевизорами, OLED-ТВ предлагают лучшую передачу цветов и отсутствие шлейфов, потребляя при этом меньше электричества. <br /><br />Пока выпуском светодиодных ТВ занимается только Sony. К ней также обещают присоединиться Samsung и LG. <br />
