Их выпуск начнется в конце III квартала 2008 г., сообщает DigiTimes. <br /><br />Интегрированные SSD-накопители будут устанавливаться, преимущественно, в корпоративные ноутбуки, ноутбуки среднего и высокого ценовых диапазонов. <br /><br />Первоначально накопители будут выпускаться в двух версиях: Client X25-M и Client X18-M, в форм-факторе 2,5 и 1,8 дюйма соответственно. Обе версии смогут вмещать 80 ГБ данных, передаваемых по интерфейсу SATA. К концу IV квартала компания намеревается удвоить емкость накопителей, а в 2009 г. – достигнуть отметки в 250 ГБ. <br /><br />На счету Intel – разработка самого маленького твердотельного накопителя в мире, который оказался размером с одноцентовую монету. <br />
