Компания Hitachi представила девять новых HD телевизоров – шесть моделей LCD и три плазменные панели.

LCD телевизоры серии Wooo UT, размерами 32” (разрешение 1366x768 ), 37" и 42” (1920x1080), имеют тонкий дизайн (35мм), оснащены внутренним жестким диском объемом 250GB, а также портом iV для iVDR HDD картриджей.

Все три модели совместимы с DLNA, поддерживают HD видео в формате 1080p и имеют 120Hz IPS LCD панель (для модели 42'') и IPS α для двух других.
Hitachi также обеспечил модели поддержкой DeepColor и x.v.Color. Для того, чтобы сделать свои модели как можно тоньше, компания отделила некоторые компоненты, как например ТВ тюнер, и вынесла в отдельную внешнюю приставку, которая подключается к LCD панели по средствам UWB (ультраширокополосная радиосвязь).

Серия Wooo XV тоже представлена тремя моделями 32” (1366x768 ), 37", и 42” (1920x1080), которые не могут похвастаться встроенным жестким диском, но имеют iV порт. В остальном данная серия очень похожа на серию UT, правда, в этом случае все компоненты находятся внутри телевизора.

Ну и наконец, серия Wooo 02 Series, представленная двумя плазменными панелями - 50” (1920x1080 или 1280x1080) и 42” (1024x1080). Только панель 50'' имеет встроенный жесткий диск (250GB), но обе модели поддерживают порт iV, а также DeepColor и x.v.Color.

Hitachi также запустила новое приложение Wooonet для серии UT, позволяющее передавать видео-контент не только с ПК на ТВ, но и из дома в дом, а также обеспечивающее доступ к сервису VOD.
