Всего были представлены три модели: DPF-V900, DPF-V700 и DPF-D70. Их технические характеристики таковы: LCD-дисплей с разрешением WVGA(800 x 480 пикселей), но при этом соотношение сторон составляет 15:9, что позволит очень детально и четко демонстрировать ваши фото. За стильной черной глянцевой рамкой скрывается мощный фирменный процессор Bionz™. Его мощности хватит для показа фотокарточек размером, ни много ни мало, 48 МПикселей. Что подразумевает возможность показывать изображения, снятые самыми мощными профессиональными камерами. <br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1201859894_sony_photoframe.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Новые цифровые фоторамки  S- Frame от SONY' /></div><br />Касательно программной начинки: эти три модели имеют в своем арсенале 10 вариантов показа слайдов, часы, календарь, а так же возможность показывать 2 фотографии одновременно. Так же можно настроить режим "экономии энергии", когда рамка будет выключаться на ночь и загораться в установленное вами время.<br />Физические размеры экрана и объемы встроенной флеш-памяти у рамок различны: 7"DPF-V700 и 9" у DPF-V900 - 512Mb,  7" PPF-D70 - 256Mb. А если Вам не хватит данного объема памяти, то на корпусе присутствуют слоты для карт памяти всех основных форматов:Memory Stick PRO™, Memory Stick PRO Duo™, SD Memory Card, MMC, Compact Flash, Microdrive® and xD-Picture Card. Фотографии так же могут быть загружены с компьютера, для это предусмотрен USB-разъем. Старшие модели, DPF-V700 и DPF-V900, наделены беспроводным интерфейсом Bluetooth, а также их можно подключать к телевизорам через HDMI-выход, чтобы демонстрировать ваши произведения в высокой четкости.<br />Все представители линейки S-Frame отображают основные форматы фотографий JPEG and RAW (SRF, SR2, ARW), но в старших моделях добавлена поддержка TIFF и BMP, а так же несколько дополнительных функций: коррекция фокуса и исправление эффекта "красных глаз".
