Мы уже привыкли к тому, что новые Blu-ray плееры появляются каждые 6 месяцев, поэтому даже удивляемся, когда приходиться ждать дольше. В конце концов, темп выхода новых плееров постепенно замедлится - например, когда плееры с поддержкой сервиса BD-Live начнут появляться в продаже. <br /><br />Многие справедливо считают, что плееры Samsung BD-UP5000 оправдают практически все ожидания.  Судите сами: что можно еще пожелать, если в этом продукте от Samsung уже есть порт Ethernet , видео процессор REON, встроенный декодер, подходящий для любого кодека, отдельный аналоговый выход, а также HDMI 1.3?<br /> Правда, есть один аргумент, способный перечеркнуть все остальные: этот плеер возможно не выйдет в продажу, но не по вине Samsung. <br /><br />Дело в том, что как и модель BH200 от LG, BD-UP5000 основана на платфотме Broadcom's Reference BCM97440, поставки которой ещё не начаты. Поэтому,  логично предположить, что Samsung  поменяет основную платформу для того, чтобы избежать задержки продаж.<br /><br />  Возможно, эта платформа от Broadcom вообще существует лишь в теории, поэтому, без комментариев представителей компании Samsung, уж никак не обойтись. <br />Во время одного из диалогов,  как только речь зашла об проблемах с BCM97400, разговор мгновенно был прекращен.  <br /><br />Хорошая новость заключается в том, что Samsung рассматривает вариант замены BD-UP5500 - обещают выпуск подходящей модели Hi End с поддержкой двух форматов. Нам остается пожелать удачи компании Samsung и ждать второй половины 2008 года – именно на это период назначен планируемый выход наследника.
