<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1200841701_102907bd_media_transform.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='BD+ с чем его едят?' title='BD+ с чем его едят?' /></div><br /><br />Компания SlySoft ранее заявляла, что защита BD+ была-таки взломана и вскоре появится обновление для программы AnyDVD HD, позволяющей использовать это достижение (благодаря которому можно «граббить» диски Blu-ray). Но на сегодня ситуация такова, что SlySoft  рекомендует вам приобретать диски HD DVD. После того, как  Warner перешла на поддержку формата Blu-ray, на вопрос, прозвучавший на конференции посвященной формату Blu-ray о том, повлияло ли  на это решение защита BD+ , ответом прозвучало: «Нет». Тем не менее представитель другой компании, Fox, отдельно отметил факт того, что BD+ до сих пор не была взломана. Если это действительно так,  то возникает вопрос, откуда возникают многочисленные незаконные рипы изданий от компании Fox?  Вся ситуация немного абсурдна, ведь Fox громогласно признается в своей любви к BD+, однако достать рипы релизов в интернете не составит труда, в то время как  европейские релизы на HD DVD -  дистрибьютором которых Fox не является и которые не обладают значимым лейблом «Blu-Ray exclusive» - защищены исключительно  AACS . Но если задуматься, то,  фактически покупая диски, защищенные BD+ потребители ограничивают себя возможностью в дальнейшем перенести содержимое диска на свой компьютер для дальнейшего использования.
