В течение года респонденты будут равномерно распределены на четыре волны исследования. Выборка квотируется по полу, возрасту и географии. Новое исследование будет предоставлять информацию о смотрении неэфирных каналов дома и вне дома, данные о почасовом телесмотрении в будни и выходные дни, информацию о потребности в домашнем приеме неэфирных телеканалов. Исследование аудитории неэфирного телевидения позволит описывать характеристики целевых потребительских групп и составлять психографический портрет телезрителей.<br /><br />  Решение о запуске нового продукта компания объясняет активным ростом популярности неэфирного ТВ среди рекламодателей и рекламных агентств. Это обусловлено, с одной стороны, увеличением числа зрителей за счёт роста подключений через выделенные интернет-линии. С другой – ростом барьеров использования традиционного ТВ как рекламоносителя, что выражается, например, в увеличении стоимости эфирного времени на 70% в 2008 году и во введении ряда ограничений в новом законе о рекламе, в частности, на использование эфирного ТВ и прессы.<br /><br />  "В наступившем году мы будем активнее исследовать дополнительные средства коммуникации с потребителем, поскольку сегодня для наших клиентов актуален вопрос о сравнительной эффективности различных медиамиксов», отмечает Тимофей Барсов, директор по синдикативным исследованиям компании КОМКОН.     "Неэфирное телевидение сочетает в себе все плюсы телевизионной коммуникации и к тому же позволяет лучше таргетировать рекламу за счет размещения на канале определенной тематики. Медиапланеры смогут работать с данными нашего нового исследования с помощью профессионального программного обеспечения для медиапланирования – DataFriend".<br /><br />  В основе методики проведения нового регулярного исследования лежит соединение данных основного интернет-опроса, направленного на детальное определение предпочтений респондентов в части телесмотрения неэфирного ТВ, и данных регулярного оффлайн исследования TGI-Russia. Таким образом, объединение информации, полученной с помощью онлайн- и оффлайн-исследований, позволит представить всю совокупность зрителей (мужчины и женщины в возрасте 10-54 лет, проживающие в российских городах-миллионниках).<br /><br />  С помощью данного исследования будет возможным планировать рекламные кампании на неэфирных каналах с использованием классических показателей медиапланирования: GRP, TRP, Reach, Frequency.<br /><br />   Одним из существенных преимуществ данного исследования является возможность сопоставления рейтингов эфирного и неэфирного телевидения в одном формате. Это достигается благодаря тому, что в опросе TGI-Russia начиная c 2008 года представлены обе категории каналов.<br /><br />  Тестовая волна исследования была проведена в IV квартале 2007 года в четырех городах – Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Самаре и Ростове-на-Дону.
