Японский производитель профессиональных дисплеев, компания Iiyama анонсировала новую модель широкоформатного ЖК-монитора - ProLite E2003WS с 20-дюймовой матрицей, выпускаемого в двух цветовых решениях: белом и черном.

Новый ЖК-монитор с длиной диагонали экрана 20 дюймов поддерживает разрешение WSXGA+ (1680 x 1050 пикселей), обладает яркостью 300 нит, контрастностью 1000:1 и временем отклика матрицы 2 мс. Углы обзора последней, к сожалению, невелики - всего лишь 170 градусов. В нижней части корпуса установлены стереодинамики.

Для подключения к компьютеру предусмотрен аналоговый разъем D-Sub и цифровой DVI-D с поддержкой технологии HDCP (позволяет смотреть видео высокой четкости).

Стоимость монитора составляет €175. О том, будет ли новинка доступна в других странах, помимо Японии, не сообщалось.
