Владимир, вещание на 33 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 3 млн. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 60 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />3. Йошкар-Ола (Республика Марий Эл), частота вещания - 68,03 МГц, мощность передатчика - 2 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 625 тыс. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 12,5 рублей.<br /><br />4. Киров, вещание на 23 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 3 млн. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 60 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />5. Набережные Челны (Республика Татарстан), вещание на 39 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 0,5 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 3 млн. 750 тыс. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 75 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />6. Оренбург, частота вещания - 106,3 МГц, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 2 млн. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 40 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />7. Старый Оскол (Белгородская обл.), вещание на 51 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 3 млн. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 60 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />8. Ульяновск, частота вещания - 87,6 МГц, мощность передатчика - 0,5 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы - 2 млн. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 40 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />9. Череповец (Вологодская обл.), частота вещания - 102,5 МГц, мощность передатчика - 0,5 кВт, время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, концепция вещания - свободная. Размер единовременной платы – 2 млн. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 40 тыс. рублей.<br /><br />Также 28 ноября на заседании ФКК будет рассмотрен вопрос о получении права на наземное эфирное цифровое телевещание и на разработку и освоение нового радиочастотного канала для целей цифрового телевещания в стандарте DVB-T с концепцией вещания "Спортивная", время вещания - ежедневно, круглосуточно, размер единовременной платы - 6 млн. 250 тыс. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 125 тыс. рублей, в следующих городах:<br /><br />1. Москва, вещание на 34 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт, цифровое (DVB-T);<br /><br />2. Санкт-Петербург, цифровое (О/В-Т) - разработка:<br /><br />3. Сочи, цифровое (0/В-Т) - разработка.<br /><br />Кроме того, на заседании будет рассмотрен вопрос о получении права на наземное эфирное телевещание а также на разработку и освоение нового радиочастотного канала для целей телевещания с концепцией вещания - "Детское вещание", время вещания - ежеднев¬но, круглосуточно, размер единовременной платы - 6 млн. 250 тыс. рублей, размер конкурсного взноса (2%) - 125 тыс. рублей, в следующих городах:<br /><br />1. Архангельск, вещание на 21 - 60 ТВК;<br /><br />2. Барнаул (Алтайский край), вещание на 31 ТВК мощность передатчика - 1 кВт; <br /><br />3. Владимир, вещание на 37 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт;<br /><br />4. Иркутск, вещание на 21 -60 ТВК;<br /><br />5. Кемерово, вещание на 24 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт;<br /><br />6. Курган, вещание на 41 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 0,5 кВт;<br /><br />7. Нижний Тагил (Свердловская обл.), вещание на 22 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 1 кВт;<br /><br />8. Старый Оскол (Белгородская обл.), вещание на 21-60 ТВК;<br /><br />9. Тула, вещание на 57 ТВК, мощность передатчика - 2 кВт;<br /><br />10. Хабаровск, вещание на 21-60 ТВК.<br /><br />К участию в конкурсе допускаются юридические лица и индивидуальные предприниматели, зарегистрированные в установленном порядке на территории Российской Федерации.
