Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. Жители 25 стран теперь могут легко и бесплатно загружать демо-версии игр, видео, рекламные ролики и другую информацию. Помимо этого они могут приобретать и загружать разнообразный платный контент.<br /><br />В общей сложности в библиотеке PLAYSTATION Store на сегодняшний день находится более 230 позиций, доступных для загрузки, включая полные версии игр и дополнения к уже вышедшим играм.<br /><br />По словам вице-президента по распространению и маркетингу SCEE Криса Стэнтона Джонса (Chris Stanton-Jones), развитие сетевых сервисов было обещано всем европейским обладателям PLAYSTATION 3 задолго до начала продаж этой развлекательной системы. Компания стремится открывать PLAYSTATION Store в странах Европы и других регионах как можно быстрей и уделяет этому направлению пристальное внимание.<br /><br />В скором времени официальный и полностью локализованный PLAYSTATION Store будет открыт в России.
