<img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1194780490_821.gif" align="left" style="border: none;" alt='Телецентр &quot;Останкино&quot; готов к переходу на цифровой стандарт вещания' />   Телецентр "Останкино" - важнейший объект телерадиовещания России - готов к переходу на цифровой стандарт вещания, сообщил в пятницу генеральный директор ФГУП "Российская телевизионная и радиовещательная сеть" (РТРС) Геннадий Скляр.<br /><br />Накануне праздника прошло заседание правительственной комиссии по телерадиовещанию, которое утвердило концепцию телерадиовещания на 2008-2015 годы.<br /><br />"Это старт программы цифровизации и в целом развитии телеотрасли", - сказал Скляр на пресс-конференции в пятницу, посвященной 40-летию телебашни.<br /><br />Он отметил, что во втором квартале 2008 года должна быть утверждена федеральная целевая программа (ФЦП).<br /><br />Свой вариант ФЦП РТРС уже подготовил, отметил Скляр. В программу входят такие пункты как приведение в порядок существующей инфраструктуры телерадиовещательной сети, расстановка цифровых передатчиков, создание системы спутникового вещания нового поколения, системы спутникового радиовещания и цифровые приставки.<br /><br />Объем инвестиций, который нужно сделать внутри РТРС, по мнению Скляра, составляет около 40 миллиардов рублей.<br /><br />"Останкино" является членом Всемирной федерации телебашен. В октябре 2008 года, сказал генеральный директор РТРС, в Останкино приедут руководители телебашен, в частности, из Канады, Франции (Эйфелева башня), Китая, Японии и Австралии.<br /><br />Скляр сообщил, что сейчас достраивается телевизионная бетонная вышка в Екатеринбурге, и в ближайшее время будут реализованы проекты телебашен во Владикавказе, Калининграде, Красноярском крае, Владивостоке.<br /><br />"Возвращение Останкинской башне культурного человеческого оборота мы одновременно стимулируем реализацию подобного рода проектов в регионах", - сказал Скляр.<br /><br />Замгендиректора по развитию телерадиовещательной сети Сергей Трубицин отметил, что были созданы новые системы противопожарной безопасности при реконструкции и восстановлении телебашни после пожара.<br /><br />"Создана новая система пожарной безопасности, новая система безопасности допуска людей и новая система инженерной инфраструктуры", - сказал Трубицин.<br /><br />Скляр добавил, что в настоящее время ведутся переговоры с АФК "Системой" о продаже или покупке 50-процентного пакета. "Переговоры достаточно сложные. Семь миллионов за пакет, которые предлагает АФК "Система", слишком дорого", - сказал Скляр. По его мнению, пакет должен стоить, по крайней мере, в два раза меньше.<br /><br />Руководитель РТРС предложил в будущем создать туристическую инфраструктуру внизу телебашни. "Нужно создать бутики, магазины, палатки", - подчеркнул Скляр.<br /><br />Он считает, что можно разрешить прыгать с парашютом с телебашни.
