Компания Samsung Electronics официально представила три новых ЖК-монитора из серии SyncMaster: 19-дюймовый 920BM с соотношением сторон 4:3, 19-дюймовый 920WM и 22-дюймовый 2220WM с соотношением сторон 16:10. Все три новинки относятся к классу мультимедийных мониторов и предназначены для дома и малого бизнеса.

Новые мониторы Samsung основаны на ЖК-панелях TN-типа со временем отклика 5 мс (gray-to-gray) и поддерживают "волшебные" технологии MagicBright 2 и MagicSpeed. Первая позволяет легко настроить оптимальный уровень яркости и контрастности и включает набор предустановленных режимов. Технология MagicSpeed, по словам разработчиков, заметно улучшает быстродействие дисплеев, что особенно важно при просмотре динамичных сцен в кинофильмах или играх. Встроенные стереодинамики помогут в проведении телеконференций и заменят многим пользователям внешнюю акустику.

Тройка новых мультимедийных ЖК-мониторов Samsung поступила в продажу с момента анонса. Рекомендованные розничные цены выглядят так (на примере рынка США): SyncMaster 920BM - $250, SyncMaster 920WM - $220, SyncMaster 2220WM - $350.
