Как и можно было ожидать, новая модель монитора HG281D имеет все современные на данный момент характеристики: разрешение 1920 х 1200, время отклика 3 мс и уровень контрастности 800:1. Несмотря на это, новый монитор лишен каких-либо других интересных особенностей, помимо привлекательной цены в $700. Наверное, основной проблемой устройства является слабая степень контрастности и уровень черного. С другой стороны, монитор неплохо работает с быстро двигающимся изображением. Тем не менее, это не может сделать его очень привлекательным для потребителя и создается впечатление, что стоит подождать еще немного, пока конкуренты не предложат что-то более интересное за приемлемую стоимость.
