Компания Sony сообщила о скором поступлении на российский рынок новой линейки ЖК-телевизоров класса "HD-Ready" - Bravia S3000, с длинами диагоналей экранов 26, 32 и 40 дюймов.

Модели с экранами 32 и 40 дюймов оборудованы гибридным аналогово-цифровым тюнером, тремя разъемами HDMI и двумя разъемами SCART. За обработку изображения отвечает процессор Bravia Engine. В ЖК-панелях используется подсветка на базе специальных ламп WCG-CCFL. Благодаря этим лампам, а также фильтрам экрана, телевизоры отображают большее количество цветов (технология Sony Live Colour Creation).

Отмечаются широкие углы обзора у матриц - 178 градусов, а также наличие стандарта Bravia Theatre Sync и звуковых технологий Virtual Dolby Surround и BBE ViVA, отвечающих за пространственные эффекты.

Телевизоры Sony Bravia серии S3000 с диагоналями 32 и 40 дюймов будут выпущены на российский рынок в августе по цене 36300 рублей за модель KDL-32S3000 и 56100 рублей за модель KDL-40S3000. Модель с 26-дюймовым экраном появится осенью 2007 г.
