Шесть первых пользовательских продуктов прошли сертификацию Wireless USB, о чем на днях сообщила организация USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF). В связи с этим событием президент USB-IF Джефф Равенкрафт (Jeff Ravencraft) высказал надежду на то, что в ближайшие месяцы другие OEM- и ODM-компании также проявят инициативу к внедрению в свои продукты сравнительно молодого стандарта беспроводной связи.
Первые устройства прошли сертификацию Wireless USB

В ближайшее время логотип Certified Wireless USB можно будет встретить на таких устройствах, как ноутбуки Dell Inspiron 1720, Lenovo ThinkPad T61/T61p, а также беспроводных адаптерах и Wireless USB-концентраторах компаний D-Link и IOGEAR.
