Microsoft продолжает радовать игроков интересными анонсами. После анонса Gears of War для РС, американская компания сообщила, что черная приставка Xbox 360 Elite всё-таки выйдет в Европе.

Elite отличается от обычного Xbox 360 стильным черным корпусом, наличием 120-гигабайтного жесткого диска и встроенных HDMI-коннекторов. В США такая система продаётся с конца апреля этого года. Как стало известно совсем недавно, к берегам Европы аппарат причалит уже 24 августа. Последними прикоснуться к устройству смогут японцы — 11 октября 2007 года.

Microsoft также собирается перенести в Европу до конца этого года сервис Video Marketplace для Xbox Live. Теперь у владельцев Xbox 360 в «старом свете» появится возможность скачивать фильмы, телешоу и клипы высокого качества на свою приставку и использовать её в качестве цифрового медиа-плеера.
