Компания Sony увеличила число своих моделей стационарных проекторов среднего уровня в три раза, предложив шесть новых проекторов серии C — CX155, CX150, CX125, CX120, CX100 и CW125. Они предназначены для использования в сфере образования и бизнесе. В этих новых проекторах Sony применила систему 3-LCD с тремя ЖК-панелями собственной разработки, обеспечивающими хорошую цветопередачу и яркость от 2700 до 3500 ANSI лм.<br /><br />Три модели оснащены сетевой функцией для проведения удаленных презентаций и дистанционного управления.<br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1183361776_sonyvplc.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Sony: шесть новых стационарных проекторов' /></div><br />Сетевая презентационная технология Sony AirShot позволяет передавать контент с ПК на проектор, используя стандартное сетевое соединение RJ45. Проектор может находиться в удаленном месте, при этом докладчик имеет возможность полного дистанционного управления ходом презентации. В дополнение к этому, опция управления проектором, называемая Ziris Manage Lite, позволяет осуществлять дистанционное управление всеми подключенными к сети и активированными проекторами Sony.<br /><br />Главное добавление в линейке — Sony VPL-CW125. Эта флагманская модель содержит ЖК-панели новой разработки, имеющие размер 0,74 дюйма и разрешение WXGA (1366x800), которые обеспечивают полное аппаратное широкоэкранное разрешение WXGA для компьютерного контента и видеоизображений формата 16:9.<br /><br />Отмечается также, что Sony применила в новой серии C объектив большего диаметра, с более высоким разрешением, который, совместно с заново разработанным оптическим трактом и высокоэффективной лампой, позволяет получать изображения повышенной яркости и четкости.<br /><br />Стоит заметить, что на серию С распространяется пакет технической поддержки Sony Prime Support: в случае возникновения неисправности пользователи имеют право на бесплатное получение подновленного проектора той же спецификации с доставкой уже на следующий день или же могут получить на время ремонта проектор из фонда подмены. Телефонная служба поддержки (бесплатный телефонный номер для большинства европейских стран) даст технический совет.<br /><br />Первые модели серии С уже должны поступить в продажу на российском рынке.
