Fujitsu Frontech продемонстрировала свою разработку Super Frontech Vision EP, представляющую собой довольно большой, 48" дисплей, использующий технологию "электронной бумаги".

Он представляет собой массив из шестнадцати цветных дисплеев E-paper, каждый диагональю в 12". Промежуток между сегментами составляет 11-14 мм.

К преимуществам подобного решения на традиционными панелями можно отнести его малую толщину и низкое энергопотребление, составляющее примерно 1/10 от современных аналогов.

Fujitsu Frontech уже начала продажи устройства, базирующегося на аналогичной технологии, FLEPia.

Продажи же более крупноформатных продуктов планируется начать 20 декабря текущего года. В рознице будут доступны модели с 12-, 17-, 24-, 29-, 36- и 48-дюймовой диагональю, состоящие, соответственно, из 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 и 16-ти сегментов.

По спецзаказам производитель готов поставить даже 120-дюймовые панели.

Энергопотребление 48-дюймовой модели составит всего 33 Вт, толщина - 54 мм, вес - 32 кг.

Разработка Fujitsu Frontech будет оснащаться модулем беспроводной сети и аккумулятором, способным обеспечить автономную работу на протяжении 3 часов.

За инновации придётся немало уплатить - отпускные цены будут находиться в диапазоне от 2750 долларов за 12-дюймовый дисплей до почти 45 тысяч - за 48-дюймовую панель.
