У покупателей техники появятся новые права 6 июля Госдума одобрила во втором чтении внесение поправок в федеральный закон «О защите прав потребителей». Новый законопроект, уверены в Думе, будет защищать права покупателей техники лучше прежнего.

С внесением поправок в законопроект потребитель получит право в течение 15 дней с момента совершения покупки заменить товар, попадающий в категорию «технологически сложного» (компьютер, стиральную машину и проч.) или вернуть деньги.
По истечении этого срока покупатель вправе требовать замены и возврата денег, если обнаружит «существенный дефект» или если продавец нарушит сроки по устранению недостатков товара – на ремонт дается 30 дней. В исключительных случаях возможно продление этого срока, но это уже оговаривается в письменном соглашении. Отсутствие запасных частей – не основание для заключения подобного соглашения, пояснили «Газете.Ru» в Комитете Государственной думы по экономической политике, предпринимательству и туризму.

Сегодня, отметила собеседница "Газеты.Ru", возврат "технологически сложного" товара возможен только, если покупатель докажет, что товар имеет "существенный недостаток", а для этого необходима специальная экспертиза, которую продавцы не проводят – этим занимаются только сервис-центры. Таким образом, сегодня, подытоживает представитель Комитета, свой новый телевизор (если у того обнаружился дефект) покупатель может не увидеть даже через месяц после того, как за него заплатит.
