Вслед за анонсом девяти новых ЖК-телевизоров, Sony представила пять обновленных моделей «проекционников». Как и остальные представители линейки Bravia, три новых телевизора линейки A3000 и два телевизора XBR SXR, поддерживают разрешение 1080р, технологию Motionflow 120Hz (основанную на компенсации сдвига картинки путем интерполяции каждого отдельного кадра, аналогичная технология применяется и другими производителями для своих 120 Гц моделей, у JVC это Clear Motion Drive (CMD), у Mitsubishi - Smooth120Hz), а так же систему улучшения цветовой гаммы x.v.Color. <br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1181244680_sonykds50front.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Sony обновляет линейку проекционных телевизоров SXRD.' /></div><br /><br />В новых моделях Sony реализовала новую возможность PhotoTV HD, которая позволяет просматривать фотографии на экране телевизора с отменным качеством. Корпуса новых «проекционников» на 40% тоньше, чем у предшественников, все они поддерживают  фирменный сервис Bravia Internet Video Link, который позволяет просматривать потоковое HD-видео прямо на экране телевизора. Управление телевизорами осуществляется с помощью фирменного интерфейса XMB (аналогичный интерфейс применяется на  PlayStation3 и PlayStation Portable). <br /><br />Модели  KDS-50A3000 (50 дюймов, $3,000), KDS-55A3000 (55 дюймов, $3,300) и KDS-60A3000 (60 дюймов, $3,500) снабжены процессором Bravia Engine EX, который отвечает за апскейлинг картинки до разрешения 1080i, акустические системы новых моделей прикрыты сменными решетками разных цветов. В то же время, модели KDS-Z60XBR5 (60 дюймов, $5,000) and KDS-Z70XBR5 (70 дюймов, $6,000) используют фирменный дизайн на основе «дымчатого стекла» и снабжены процессором Bravia Engine Pro, способным делать апскейлинг до разрешения 1080p. <br />Линейка A3000 появится на прилавках в августе, более дорогие «проекционники» XBR выйдут на рынок осенью. <br /><br />
