Sharp Australia отзывает пятую часть 42-дюймовых ЖК-телевизоров Австралийское представительство Sharp сообщило об отзыве крупной партии ЖК-телевизоров. Под отзыв попали 42-дюймовые модели LC42BX5X, LC42GD7X и LC42PD7X с серийными номерами от 610700001 до 705799999 включительно, проданные в период с 1 февраля по 27 мая текущего года - это около 2 тыс. единиц плюс 20% телевизоров на складах компании.
В течение очередных обязательных тестов в указанных моделях был выявлен дефект, который в крайних случаях может привести к перегреву устройства или созданию на корпусе телевизора высокого напряжения.

По словам представителей Sharp, на данный момент случаев поражения электрическим током не зарегистрировано. Дефект был обнаружен во время проверки телевизоров по прибытии на один из складов. После этого поставки всех телевизоров были немедленно приостановлены. Из примерно 2 тыс. проданных телевизоров 400 штук уже были возвращены.
